Our Fortune 500 client is currently seeking a marketing consultant for 6 months to help develop mobile software strategy. This job is located in White Plains and is initially for 6 months but may extend longer as role is developed. Salary is $50/hr.
Description:
Media Marcoms Manager,
Objectives of the position: individual contributor role that is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing communications, strategies and programs for content-driven products and solutions.
Ensure consistency of voice and creative identity across all product touch points from fixed and mobile web, to device Store clients on global and local levels. Role is responsible for harmonizing the service brand and product messages across all solution sets.
Strong background in services marketing, product launches, project management,
Knowledge of online media is critical including internet marketing metrics and analytics
This position will work closely with
consumer programs and analytics team
External brand marketers and creative agencies
Key groups like Device Experiences, Business Development account management, legal affairs and privacy management
Requirements:
• Must be extremely organized; detail-oriented
• Strong written & oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to test, measure, refine and report on impact of external content promotion programs.
• Results-oriented: insightful and inquisitive about marketing and content promotions results. Explores findings and draws meaningful conclusions about our promotional programs and develops new concepts based on results
• Strong interpersonal skills required, as well as ability to work in a fluid, multi-functional, matrix environment.
• Position requires both a creative mind, and a disciplined approach to project management.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain product release schedules and promotion/production assets.
• Manage project budgets; negotiate rates with vendors.
• Coordinate approval processes, both internal (brand, Legal, Marketing, Creative) and external.
• Support creation of weekly media marketing tracking reports so they can share program successes with internal and external stakeholders (content promo uptake, voucher response, creative results, etc.).
• As needed, participate in brainstorming for new content promo proposals.
• As needed, serve as liaison for integrated content programs
Qualifications and Skill Set
Experience required:
2-3 years experience in project management. Advertising or online service experience preferred.
Creative, planning or promotional agency experience is a plus.
Location: White Plains
Compensation: $50/hr
